Now here I am, bored out of my mind. I know I can't believe it either.
The house is clean and decluttered. {Sigh of relief}
I am cooking dinner again and there is food in the pantry. {Halleluiah and Cheers from the 6 kids that live here!} The kids are done with school by 1pm every day. {Mom Cheers!} And yes we school year round in this house.
The laundry is caught up and so is the ironing amazingly! {More and More Mom Cheers!}
I am reading again for fun and have time to work on all of my sewing projects again. {Mom jumps up and down and does her happy dance, cuz she lost her voice from all the previous Mom Cheers!}
I know you all had to pick yourself up of the floor; it is ok to admit, I won't be offended (Chris fainted too!)
So “What is the project?” you ask…. I say that is a great question. I have no clue what to do.
I can’t really do a cooking project nor do I want to, unless it was all desserts.
Jello Cake, YUM! it is only the cake calories since I used sugar free jello and home made whipped cream! Ahh, the memories, and the refreshment!
Great treat in the Arizona summer heat.
That leads me to my second thought of working out, I need to do this from all the desserts that I love eating.
Ok so maybe the calories from that jello cake do matter, but only if you eat the whole cake.
Then I was thinking about some in depth Bible studies, I need this too, since at the moment I am only taking a measly 5 minutes a day for my busy mom Bible studies which are great by the way.
As you can see I have plenty to choose from, too many probably. I have done all but two of these before, but it has been a while and who doesn't need a refresher now and then.
But what I really need is a Whole Person Transformation project something that will better my body, mind and soul.
So that means working out my physical self and spiritual self.
Since my baby is now 6, I can no longer use him as an excuse for the extra pounds that I am carrying around; so 45 minutes of daily physical activity is a must, 6 days a week.
Since I am not longer a full time student, full time wife (ok sometimes this was part-time if you ask my husband), full time mom (if you ask the kids it was less than part-time most of the time), and a full time teacher (which again was about three quarter time, and why we are home schooling year round); I know have time to read my Bible for more than 5 minutes a day. This seems rather odd, since I only got rid of one of my full time jobs and am now working the other three at full capacity.Since this entry has a mind of its own let us conclude with the changes for now.
1) Going to bed by 12 pm most nights (5 of 7 not too bad)2) Get up by 6 am most mornings (5 of 7 not too bad)
3) New Haircut and color
4) Changed my diet (which means more fresh veggies, more water/less soda, and minimal snacking).
The Beginning of the new Me!
